I knew my roof and gutters needed to be replaced, but I had NO idea how to go about it. One very early morning I looked at the stars and I looked at my roof and gutters and mustered all my faith that God would take care of me. A few days later a mail solicitation arrived from Wildwood Roofing suggesting a roof inspection. I called. Dwight handled everything. Insurance covered the roof and I got a new gutter system installed. God is so good! Thank you Wildwood Roofing for the dedicated, conscientious service you provide to our community. It was great working with Wildwood to replace our roof and gutters. Sales contact was very patient with our questions and helped us figure our the materials and colors we wanted. Installation crew was quick and the price was great.

They tore off the old shingles and replaced the entire roof. They also repaired gutters and a leak around the chimney. I counted 14 men working on it and completed it in a day. They were careful with my landscaping and cleaned up before they left. Luke was my sales guy and he was a huge help! I highly recommend them.

Wildwood Roofing replaced my roof a few months ago. I have worked with them before as well when I had a water leak in my garage. Have always found them very professional, courteous and honest. They are prompt with all paperwork (e.g, working with the insurance company) and meet their commitments on time and budget.

The customer experience and quality of the work were excellent. Overall cost was explained in great detail so I knew exactly what I was paying for, no surprises. The guys showed up when scheduled and in two days everything was complete. My new roof, gutters, and downspouts look amazing and I highly recommend for anyone looking for the same.

It went extremely well with my contractor, Luke Hittner. It was also a joy to work with Lorrena Eyster, office manager, as she kept me informed and updated on each step taking place. From the beginning to the end Luke was very informative, patient, and made sure that I understood every process taken and was satisfied. He also told me he wanted to be present with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was included in the damage, which I appreciated. He was on time with each visit and brought samples of the roof for me to choose from. The work was done in one day and I was extremely satisfied. My cable antenna was slightly out of line and I told Luke and he had someone come out the same day and fix it for me.

After obtaining estimates from six roofing companies and asking a lot of questions, I chose Wildwood Roofing. They did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my roof, gutters, and downspouts. They were also incredibly accommodating. (I wanted to make my new aluminum gutters and downspouts look like old, oxidized copper. This required them to make everything, leave it with me for what should have been two weeks but turned out to be a month, then come back and remove the old stuff and install the new.) Throughout the whole process, every single person I encountered was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They worked quickly – they would have removed and replaced my roof and gutters and downspouts in a single day had I not wanted more time to spend on my gutters; as it was, the roof took less than a full day, and the gutters took only a couple of hours. I was also astonished at how well they cleaned everything up afterward. I have dogs, so I wanted to be absolutely certain there was nothing left on the ground that could hurt them or make them sick; after going over my entire yard – front, back, and both sides – VERY carefully, I found just a two nails. Lastly, Wildwood Roofing was the only company that suggested I might file an insurance claim. They helped walk me through the process of doing so, and even came the appointment with the insurance adjuster. (In the end, I chose not to file a claim, but it honestly hadn't occurred to me that I might have had the option, and I'd never done it before, so it was reassuring to have someone who knew what they were doing to lend a hand.) In short, I very carefully vetted six roofing contractors, and asked lots of questions, before choosing to go with Wildwood Roofing. They gave me an estimate for both repairs and full replacement, and offered an honest opinion on how much longer they thought my old roof could last (which was consistent with what the other five roofers thought – about a year, and I’d probably have more leaks during that time). Their estimate was reasonable, and when asked about differences between theirs and the other estimates I'd received, they thoroughly explained the reasoning behind their recommendations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced.

Luke and the Wildwood roofing team were amazing. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. It all started when we noticed a leak in our upstairs ceiling after a big storm. We called Wildwood roofing and Luke came out to inspect the roof the next day. He discovered that we had extensive hail damage and immediately called our insurance company to start the claim process. Between Luke and our amazing insurance agent from American Family - after that day everything went so smooth. Luke was present when the claim agent arrived and they both worked through the details of the damage. The Wildwood team worked directly with the Amfam as they discovered more information on the damage - we really had to do very little except pick out a roof color and gutters. The installation went smooth - there were a couple of existing issues with the design of the roof that they remedied. That was an extra added bonus to the project. Overall - Luke and the team were attentive, timely and amazingly thorough. Greatly appreciate all that they did to make our lives easier through the entire project.

Wildwood roofing was a great company for us. I contacted them for a quote, and Harold was extremely helpful. Even though we'd had some storm damage over the years, several other companies provided bids and were sure that we would not be able to make a claim to my insurance company. Harold was confident that it was worth a shot to pursue an insurance company claim, and he was right! The result is that we got a new roof for the cost of our deductible. They were very knowledgeable about tricky areas of our roof, and we even got the bathroom skylight replaced .Harold and the staff at the office were always available, and it was easy to select colors and materials. When the weather made it difficult to pinpoint an exact date for the work, the office always kept in touch. Overall, a very good experience, and we would definitely work with Wildwood again!

Wildwood roofing was responsive and also able to get us scheduled quickly. They weren't the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive and the quality of the work was great. The reason for not giving the 5th star was because there were quite a few nails that were missed during cleanup and some in plain sight right outside our back and front doors. Other than that everything else was great.

I was very pleased with the roof and siding repairs. Work was done in timely manner as scheduled. Cleanup was also good. They did a followup visit to insure I was satisfied. I highly recommend their services.

The gutter crew replaced gutters on 3 buildings and work was ver good. Since this was a hail damage insurance claim Wildwood worked w/ the adjuster and home office of Farmers Insur from start to finish.

We had to put a new roof on a small, 100SF house we just purchased and wanted to get the best roof possible. We decided on TPO for the white roofing material and life. Wildwood was not the cheapest quote, in fact, they were the most expensive. HOWEVER, they had the most professional and responsive estimate. They actually did a core of the current roof to determine how many layers were on the existing material and condition. Our deciding factors that made us choose them were 1) professionalism and thoroughness of the quote 2) responsiveness to our questions and a few back and forth correspondences to nail down exactly what we wanted done and 3) their quote was the only one that included total removal of the existing roof, and the appropriate base insulation layer. They were the only company that covered both the removal and the insulation in their estimate - actually not making it the most expensive when you factor in both of these details. They showed up the day before installation to go over any details we had questions about and prep the site. On installation day, they arrived and had the old roof remove and the new one installed - followed up the next day with a few minor details that needed to be finished. When there were a few minor issues with some of the aesthetics, they were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything, and addressed all the details promptly. One nice touch was during the installation, we were not on site, so they provided us with drone footage of the progress as they were doing the work to keep us updated. Overall, they are some of the most professional contractors I've encountered - something that seems to be a rarity these days! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (plan to on another property we own)

Price was reasonable and outbid most other companies, but there was a delay in communication as to when the work would be performed. I also had to call to see when the workers would come back after the initial day and finish the work. Overall I believe the work was done very well, the workers were nice, polite and professional. I would use them again, but would hope communication would improve.
