Ken was great. He was not only available, he was also prompt, pleasant and efficient. He's a super nice guy who did a bit of running around for materials needed to get the job done. I rent the house I am in, so I want to minimize the investment I make in it, but for the things that do need d***, I will call Ken ahead in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him.

Ken was very responsive from quote to completion of work. There were no surprises or "nickeling and diming". There was quality workmanship and will be using him again this spring.
