The diagnosis was a cancerous growth on my dog's foot which could have been surgically removed along with one of his toes. I decided to have my dog euthanized rather than have the surgery since he was 16 years old and in addition to the tumor, he had pre-existing problems. He had a arthritic back leg from an injury sustained years ago and he was deaf. I questioned how well he could see by some behaviors he exhibited and he was agitated and barked in situations he never would have done so before. Dr. Steinberg was so compassionate, so kind, in his treatment of my dog. The staff was responsive and helpful to my questions. Since I was new to this area I had tried two other veterinarians before finding West County Animal Clinic. I think I will need West County Animal Clinic again soon because I have a 17-year-old cat who is doing well at this time but may need Dr. Steinberg's expertise in the future.

It went very well. We have been using this clinic for many years A+.

They were really nice. They acted like they care about the animals. They did a really good surgery.

Dr. Dietrich is the veterinarian. They are friendly and good with animals. My dog doesn't dread going to the vet and doesn't try to run away when we get there. They treat him nicely and he's always excited to go there.

Very thorough, orders lots of expensive tests

Even though we were two hours early for our appointment, the office was able to see us right away. The vet was very friendly and listened attentively to all of my concerns. Our dog is now feeling quite better and I have a greater piece of mind.

As we try to figure out what he's allergic to, Dr. Steinberg has been thorough, started with the treatment of least side effects, change in food and antihistamines. During all of the trials I received calls in the evenings to check on his progress. We have found the solution by changing his heartworm and flea treatment. The personal care is amazing.

He is extremely thorough. He explains everything thoroughly and lets you know everything that needs to be done. Has the pet's best interest. My dog loves going there and is very comfortable. His care for the animals are exceptional. His staff is absolutely devoted to the animals. The charges are very reasonable and very easy to work with.

West County Animal Clinic has a friendly staff. Dr. Steinberg is a wonderful veterinarian. We have used this clinic for years. The facility is clean and pleasant and everyone who works here has been helpful to us. They work very well with the animals.

This is a small, 1 vet clinic that provides excellent personal care for pets. They do thorough exams, listen carefully to any concerns you have and answer all your questions. I am able to make an appointment without a problem.

I feel very comfortable with the Veterinarian at the clinic. He is very gentle with my cat yet is able to keep control of a very skittish cat to give the necessary care. He is professional and courteous and keeps the appointment time. I plan on going back to this clinic.

He is great and we pay for the service yearly. They are always on time and answer all of our questions. The service works very well and I am pleased with them. They are knowledgeable and hard working also.

Dr. Steinburg is great. He cares so much about the animals he works with that after surgery he will call your house a few days later to see how your pet is doing.

Dr Steinberg is a wonderful and caring doctor. While our dogs were sick, he often called on the weekends to check up on them. He offered good advice in caring for our pets and helped us make the decision when it was time to let go of our 15-year-old dog. He is also reasonably priced.

WE HAVE GONE TO THEM BEFORE FOR HEALTH ISSUES WITH MY CAT AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL WITH HER. THEY DIAGNOSIS HER WITH URINARY PROBLEMS AND SINCE TAKING THE DOCTORS ADVISES, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE. NOW WE VISIT THEM FOR ANNUAL CHECK UPS.
