I ordered last minute flowers for my mother's birthday and was pleasantly surprised with the cost and same day delivery. I had previously always used a national florist and wanted to switch to somebody local. The delivery was made the same day and my mother said the flowers were beautiful! They were delivered on Monday late afternoon and were dying/dead by Wednesday. I called the office to see how long the flowers should last and was told 5-10 days. I explained what happened and the woman was very nice and said she wanted to send somebody to pick up the flowers to check the water content and deliver a new bouquet. I told her no, that wasn't why I called - I just wanted to let them know that their flowers were dying within a few days. I also thought it was inappropriate for me to have to tell my mother that they were coming to get the flowers. She then offered another bouquet, I again declined. I was not trying to get free flowers, but wanted them to know the quality of what they were sending out. I finally gave in to them delivering another bouquet - my mother gave the flowers to the delivery guy who told her they had been frozen. He thought they probably got too cold on the truck and that is why they didn't last. They did deliver another bouquet - a smaller version with not as many flowers. Disappointed to say the least - I just wanted to send my mother flowers. I could have bought a beautiful bouquet at Trader Joe's for $10 that would have lasted at least 10 days.

I was totally satisfied and so was the person who received the gift. From start to finish Walter Knoll Florist is a class company. I have used them several times the last couple of years. For a funeral arrangement, Halloween floral arrangement, get well arrangement, and thinking of you arrangement. Each time the person receiving the item was thrilled with it and I knew when it was delivered. This particular instance everything went exactly as planned but when the delivery was made no one was home. The delivery driver called me to let me know this and to make sure it was okay to leave it in the front door. This was wonderful and I appreciated the personal touch of letting me know what they planned on doing with my delivery. I ordered through their website which is VERY EASY to navigate and they have quite a few selections to choose. I'm just totally pleased with Walter Knoll. I have had flowers delivered from the Manchester location as well as the one on Lasalle in St. Louis Downtown. Both give wonderful service. I have been to the one on Lasalle Street and ended up buying a few of the gifts they have in their shop. Just an overall really nice company and staff. I have never been disappointed with what I have ordered from them.

I called Walter Knoll because I have experience with them, know they are professional and the flowers I've purchased from them as well as those I have received from them, have always been beautiful. I needed them because I ordered online from a new, local florist on 11/18 for delivery next day and they failed me utterly, on the day the flowers needed to be delivered! (Yes, I reviewed them.) I needed flowers delivered that day for a family member on the anniversary of the death of a loved one. So getting them the next day wasn't going to be an option. I knew the grocery store florists wouldn't do a short notice delivery so I called this Walter Knoll at almost noon and they were very understanding and, with no increase in price or extra service fees except their usual delivery charge, promised they would deliver the flowers within hours. The flowers were delivered by the end of the day and my sister-in-law called that evening to say how beautiful they were. Then she texted me a photo and they absolutely were. Not only that, but it was a much nicer bouquet than I expected based on the shopping I had done and the price I paid. I am very pleased with the Walter Knoll on Manchester in Ballwin and won't call another florist ever.

Great. Easy to work with. Flowers delivered quickly. They were beautiful and looked great for a few weeks.
