 + -1 moreTom operates a building/remodeling service. During winter months, and now with the changed economy, Tom provides exterior and interior repair services as well. I am a member of the same church as Tom, and have seen his ethics in action for the church. I knew I could trust him. Here is a highly skilled contractor with a dedicated work ethic. He reviewed each task with me before starting. When placement and location of an item were an issue, this was reviewed to see what would be best for me. Tasks were completed in a very rapid manner, in the time frame estimated, below or very close to the estimated cost, and when each task was complete the clean up was thorough. Tom has a part-time helper, his college-age son. Both Tom and his son are non-smokers.
Description of Work: Repaired exterior of home near roof to restore the rain gutter; repaired posts, rebuilt and restored a cedar fence; repaired small area of vinyl siding of home; rebuilt broken brick steps; moved electrical outlet in garage; installed 3 exterior hose reels; installed several types of hangers in garage to hang and charge power equipment, an extension ladder, a multi-speed bicycle.
