TOM BOLTAS

The whole process took three weeks, the work was done efficiently, room by room. Tom and his son cleaned up as they went along, and very graciously moved all the furniture back (even when I changed my mind and wanted bookcases in different spots). Getting the walls ready to paint was the biggest part of the job. Tom never "took off" to work another job and left us hanging waiting for him to come back, as other painters have done. We just had the windows washed (inside and out) professionally, due to the glue that was splattered on the windows (that couldn't be helped, water does run downhill). The window washer commented that they were surprised they found NO paint on any of the windows. He said that is a rare thing in his profession when houses have been painted. Tom and his son were always polite, friendly and professional.

Painted the interior of our family room, a couple of doors, and hallway. Excellent job, very professional and fast.

AFTER HE DID THE WORK, THE WINDOWS STUCK. HE CAME BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES TO UNSTICK THEM, AND NOW THEY'RE STICKING AGAIN. THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN STICKING TO BEGIN WITH AND I CAN'T OPEN THEM NOW. I'VE CONTACTED HIM AND HE HASN'T RETURNED CALLS OR COME BACK TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT AGAIN. HIS PAINTER DIDN'T TAPE OFF SECTIONS OR CUT AREAS PROPERLY.

THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
