My riding mower stopped working. I called this vendor and explained what I thought was the problem. He advised me that it would be counterproductive and expensive the long term to try to repair this mower. He said it could be repaired, but it would likely break down again soon. Nothing is manufactured to last anymore. Things engineered to break down as part of the job security program of all modern manufacturers. Quantity rather than quality!
I feel this vendor was honest with me and if I were in a position to use his services, I would contact him first.
I had a snow blower that wouldn't start. Gas left in it over the season. And a lawn mower that I just wanted to keep in great shape.
They cleaned the carb on the blower, and it now starts like a champ. the mower they did oil, carb, whatever you do on a tune up, (I don't know, tha'ts why I hired them, lol! And sharpened the blade. I can now trust it will keep going strong through the season, and the best part is, all I had to do was roll it out of my garage! He got done with it in about 30 minutes, and was less than it would have been for me to take them into a shop, AND without the hassle of loading them up.
Love it! :)
