+ -1 moreMR. SCHULTZ INTERRUPTED WHAT HE WAS DOING TO TALK WITH ME. HE WAS SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE CLOCK WAS PROBABLY 2 YEARS OUT OF WARRANTY. MR SCHULTZ CHECKED IT OUT, FOUND THE BATTERY CONNECTION CORRODED AND CLEANED IT WITH A WIRE BRUSH. NO MORE LOST TIME! IN NO TIME AT ALL, I WAS ON MY WAY WITH A WORKING CLOCK AND AN EXPLANATION OF HOW TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE, AT NO CHARGE.
Description of Work: MY MANTLE CLOCK WAS LOSING TIME. I CHANGED THE BATTERIES, MADE SURE THE INSIDES WERE CLEAN AND ADJUSTED THE SETTINGS TO NO AVAIL. I TOOK THE CLOCK IN FOR REPAIRS.
