Excellent service. We got the most professional sales specialist Gina Williams.

It did not go.  I refuse to pay more than the stated price in their ad and on their shelves.  This is not the first time Home Depot has pulled this trick on me.

They now have competition in St. Louis and I went to Menard's and bought there.

Their managers are as corrupt as their store policy.

I purchased a new home and wanted to add some ceiling fans.  I went to The Home Depot with pictures of electrical boxes in the ceilings and where I wanted to add fans.  I spoke with an associate in lighting and he helped me pick out some fans.  I gave the associate room sizing and he suggested a 70 inch ceiling fan for our great room which did not have a fan (he helped me select wire and fan mounting hardware)  I also had a family room with 2 lights and he said the existing boxes would work fine for the smaller fans.  I had a friend help me install the ceiling fans
I use a wheelchair when out and about and the staff was very friendly and just about every associate asked me if I needed any help with shopping. The greeter always makes me feel welcome. I always have trouble finding a shopping cart that goes straight.  She went through the carts until she found one that rolls smoothly and does not pull to the left or right. Once the cart was full with fans and installation materials an associate pushed the cart for me.  This store is awesome.

Installed windows and sliding glass door. Two man crew very professional and courteous. The windows are beautiful and a huge improvement. Will definitely use again.

The price was reasonable and their hours made it easy to time picking up the tool and returning it so that I didn't pay for hours when I wasn't using it.

THE HOME DEPOT HAS GREAT PRICES ON BUILDING THE FENCE. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND USE HIGH QUALITY WOOD. THE CREW WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS TO BE PICKED UP.

THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY GOOD. THE MAN THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF AT HOME DEPOT WAS VERY GOOD. THE FLOOR WAS DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME AND IT LOOKS GREAT.

THE THREE MEN WERE ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ALL DONE IN TWO DAYS AND THEY CAME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO CHECK THE WALK TO BE SURE ALL BRICKS SET UP RIGHT. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID .
