He researched on line about the virus, then eliminated it from my computer.  It was bad, had gone all through my computer.  I would not have had any clue what to do.  Steve came right out, sat down at the computer and within a little while had resolved my problem. We run a business, and everything is linked through our computer.  Steve saved the day!, he came right out, solved it, was awesome, will have Steve back many times
