The experience was terrible from start to finish. I inquired about a property listed on Zillow for rent. After a couple days I recieved a generic email instructing me to pay $50 to fill out an application and "once the property was available for viewing, I would have first priority to view and rent if I so choose". I paid and submitted my app. A week went by and i was not contacted. I called, and was informed the property was still being cleaned from the previous tenant. Another week went by, and i requested my application fee be refunded and i would look elsewhere, as time was of the essence for me. I was informed it was still being cleaned, and i would be contacted once it was available for viewing. A 3rd week went by, i was called, and immediately told that the property had been rented out to someone and no longer available. This company did nothing but take my money, string me along with lies, and never once followed through with anything they said they would do. Finding a new place has been urgent for me, and trusting this company did nothing but delay numerous timelines.
