St Louis Hot Tub Warehouse

I bought a used hot-tub from this provider, as I was looking to save some bucks over buying a new one but did not want the hassle of buying from a private party. From the website, it appeared that there were a lot of used tubs to choose from, but the selection was pretty limited. I ended up spending a little more money than I wanted to get a newer Catalina spa that looked to be in better shape and that came with a new cover. I was told the spa could only be delivered during working hours M-F, so I had to take off work for the delivery. It turned out that the group that moved it were 3 teenagers who towed it with an old pickup truck. While they did an okay job putting it on the pad, they were very focused on getting the job done quickly and didn't take any time to let me go over or think through how best to position the tub in regards to the control panel. The delivery crew also did not provide any instructions on how to set up the tub (e.g., fill it up, set up the chemicals), so I ended up having to get all of this information from another local spa dealer. However, when the owner was made aware of these problems, he apologized and offered to correct the tub placement the next time I drain the spa. He also informed me that he is no longer using contracted crews to deliver hot tubs and has moved this function within his business so that such incidents do not happen again. Although I was not happy with the delivery crew, I was very impressed by the reaction of the owner when he became aware of the problem. I am also very happy with the tub that I purchased. It works extremely well, even in cold weather and I saved at least $3000 of the cost of a new tub.
