 + -1 moreInitially it was a good experience, but it's turned into a dissatisfying experience. I've had to file a lawsuit to retrieve some money I fronted him.
Description of Work: He actually did a lot of concrete work. He put in some new retaining walls. He replaced some front steps, and laid a concrete foundation for the garage. This was a large garage.
