Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Overall, the bathroom looks great. However, the shower floor was not properly sloped so water sits in the bottom of the shower requiring me to kick water over to the drain for a couple of minutes after every time I shower. I reached out to John to fix the issue. He came out to look at the problem and has been dodging my calls for several weeks about it now. John clearly does not stand behind his work.
