Ratican Painting

Description of Work: 1. Painted dining room and living room - ceilings, walls, trim and a closet. Two coats on trim in one room. Trim included window frames, door frames, doors, and baseboards. Three cracks were repaired as part of the painting. 2. Painted small central hallway after removing wall paper, glue, and priming it. Ceiling and all trim was also painted. 3. Painted the lower paneled walls, all trim, and the interior of the bathroom closet. 4. Painted one wall of downstairs bedroom after repairs. Also painted the closet. (Other walls did not need painting.) He matched the colors. 5. Painted the kitchen including walls, trim, ceiling, and pantry. 6. Painted the walls of the stairway to the basement after making repairs. 6. Painted the upstairs stairway walls and ceiling after making wall repairs and texturing. 7. Painted trim (two coats needed) in upper floor hallway. (Walls did not need painting). 8. Walls, trim, and ceiling painted after repairs made. 9.'Walls of stairway to basement painted after making repairs.
