Spence is great. He noticed some of my doors wouldn't close right and he re-hanged them at no charge. His work is high-quality and he's always very accommodating. Plus, he doesn't start a job and then disappear for weeks.

The job went very well, it took him 2 days to complete the installation and then a couple of hours to do the grout. He is extremely professional, always punctual and his prices are very reasonable. He is very responsive to my emails and phone calls. He came and took measurements for all the work I am having him do for my kitchen remodel. He has completed the flooring on time. He always comes when he says he is coming and is very good at working his schedule around mine. He is also very good with my dogs and 2 small grandkids. I have found him to work very hard and is extremely neat always cleaning up as he goes. When getting ready to lay the tile he suggested a pattern that would make the room look larger and also eliminate most small pieces, eliminating a lot of wasted tile. The tile is all very level and the grout looks awesome.
