PRO-TEC PEST CONTROL

Excellent. Pro Tec came out, determined where the mice were getting into our garage and then getting into our house. They set traps and bait in and out. We caught 2 mice 1 in and one out and found 2 more dead, apparently after consuming the mouse bait. After sealing up the garage and a small spot between our garage and kitchen we have not seen another mouse in more than a month. The service was reasonably priced and the technician was prompt and courteous the two times they have been to our home.

We have been using them for a number of years. I have been very happy with them. They are easy to deal with, very prompt and follow the set appointment on a quarterly basis and they do any follow-up if required. They have been very good and have been able to fix things for us without having to come back the second time. We would continue to use them in the future.

We have been using Pro-Tec for 5 years. They were recommended by our neighbor, to control camel crickets and spiders. Alan calls every quarter to set up the appointment. Mike is our exterminator and he is great. My dog never barks when his truck pulls up, because Mike is so great with the dog, when he enters the house. He always ask if we are having problems...ants, wasps, anything alive inside the house. Mike is fast and gives me a report about what he saw. I have recommended them to two other people, who love the service as well. You have to pay a service charge during the first visit, then every quarter, just for the spray.

There is no contract, but they do call me every 3 months. They will come back out if there are any problems that I see in between times. They will come out and spray again. They are very punctual and professional.

They are prompt and they call ahead. They meet their schedule. The products that they use seem to odor free and seem to work.

We have been using them for several years. They are on time for the appointment, and try not to disturb the family or pets in the house. When they find something that needs to be taken care of, such as an ant bed outside the house, they spray that also.

They were fabulous. I had used them before when I had roaches at a rental property, and there was never another roach after them. They are very professional, and they don't have to come back five times a year like other companies. They come only once, and then if I have a problem within 30 days, they come for free. They didn't cost a fortune, and they weren't the cheapest either. They charged an average of $95 for each property.

I have been using this company for about the last eight years. I think they are very reliable, and are also less expensive than their competition. I do think they treat me well because I am a loyal customer. There's a lot to be said about building relationships with companies that take care of your home.

I don't have a service contract with them, but they generally come out four times a year for about 47 dollars per visit. My sister-in-law referred them to me and Pro-tec actually gives you a referral bonus for recommending them to other people.

They are very professional and really do a thorough job. They stand behind their work. Once after they had been there and sprayed, I noticed a continuing problem with bugs. I notified them and they came back out immediately and treated my house again at no additional cost. We have been their customers for 15 years and plan to keep them.

THEY ARE REALLY GOOD AND THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE AND THEY COME BACK. A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER THEY SPRAYED OUR ANTS WE NOTICED MORE AND THE CAME RIGHT OUT- NO PROBLEM.
