His prices are fair and his call out charge are less than most plumbers. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is so clean that your house will be cleaner than when he started by the time he's done. He is very thorough and does things by code. He does not overcharge, and will even take the time to talk things over with you without charging you for it. We needed a new water heater and he offered to pick it up, and also made us aware of the money we can save by picking it up ourselves. He has high morals and integrity and practices his ethics. He is a good person and very reasonable. I went to a plumbing store on his recommendation to pick up a specialized product. This store is specifically for plumbers. They notified me that he was one of only two plumbers that they'd recommend in the entire St. Louis area.
