Description of Work: We have an antenna that we use for our TV. We bought a new TV set and the antenna broke off, when trying to attach it. Mr. Pan fixed it.

Description of Work: This is a big screen TV. The technician came out to look at the television on 8/19/06 and said that he would need to order the part. He came out again on September 16, 2006 and couldn't fix it. He needed to take the guts of the TV to the shop to fix it. He came out on 9/22/06 and finished fixing the set. We were out of town from 9/3/06 to 9/12/06 but when we called he said he still didn't have the part.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with Mr. Pan. I liked the fact that he had a diagnostic tool that gave possible problems and solutions, so I had some idea of the costs I might incur. Mr. Pan was very polite and arrived in the timeframe he designated at the time the appointment was set. He even called to let me know exactly when he was on his way to the house. I found the price to be reasonable.
Description of Work: I have a rear projection television and the colors were blinking. I contacted Mr. Pan who took my model number and problem description and ran it through a diagnostic tool. He was able to tell me prior to coming over, what the possible problems are and how much the possible solutions are. When he arrived, of course the TV did not mess up. He still removed the back of the television and checked things out and made sure all my connections were tight. He gave me his email address and gave me instructions on what to do if it started messing up again. The charge was just the $55 travel fee because he came from Ballwin to Normandy area.

 + -1 moreMR. PAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT IN HIS WORK. HE RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM BEFORE GIVING ME A BALLPARK FIGURE WHICH WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL COST (ACTUAL COST BEING LOWER THAN BALLPARK). HE WAS ALSO VERY NEAT, RETURNING EVERYTHING HE MOVED TO ITS ORIGINAL PLACE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. PAN'S COMPANY.
Description of Work: ON DAY OF APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE, MR. PAN CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE TOOK THE CIRCUIT BOARD FROM MY 35'' TV BACK TO HIS SHOP FOR REPAIR SAYING IT WOULD TAKE 1 TO 2 WEEKS TO RETURN. HE CALLED ME 1 WEEK LATER SAYING HE WAS FINISHED AND A NEW APPOINTMENT WAS MADE. AGAIN HE CALLED TO TELL ME HE WAS ON HIS WAY. A $45.00 TRIP CHARGE IS APPLIED TO BILL IF YOU HAVE WORK DONE.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD. WE'VE ONLY USED THEM A COUPLE TIMES, BUT I KNOW MY HUSBAND WAS IMPRESSED AND SAID HE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: OUR REMOTE QUIT WORKING FOR THE TV AND HE CAME AND REPLACED A PART IN THE TV. WHEN WE HAD TO CALL HIM AGAIN HE REPLACED THE PART A SECOND TIME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
