They had called the day before to confirm the appointment. The diagnostic test showed exactly what the problem was and it was handled easily by them. They provided a good service at a fair price.

They were wrong about their diagnosis. They said the bulb probably was not the problem but in actuality it really was.

He was in and out real quick, but he did a good job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and I am very particular!

I was very pleased with Mr. Pan. I liked the fact that he had a diagnostic tool that gave possible problems and solutions, so I had some idea of the costs I might incur. Mr. Pan was very polite and arrived in the timeframe he designated at the time the appointment was set. He even called to let me know exactly when he was on his way to the house. I found the price to be reasonable.

MR. PAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT IN HIS WORK. HE RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM BEFORE GIVING ME A BALLPARK FIGURE WHICH WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL COST (ACTUAL COST BEING LOWER THAN BALLPARK). HE WAS ALSO VERY NEAT, RETURNING EVERYTHING HE MOVED TO ITS ORIGINAL PLACE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. PAN'S COMPANY.

REPAIRMAN WAS ON TIME AND QUICKLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. THIS WAS ON A SATURDAY, TOO.

VERY POLITE. I BROUGHT THE TV IN AND THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY WITH THE ESTIMATE. TV WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP IN A WEEK. THEY ALSO REPAIRED OUR VCR A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.

THEY ARE VERY NICE.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. WE'VE ONLY USED THEM A COUPLE TIMES, BUT I KNOW MY HUSBAND WAS IMPRESSED AND SAID HE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
