He showed up every day he said he would, and when he was going to be later than expected ... texted or phoned to let us know. He got stumped on a plumbing hot/cold water switch and ended up replacing the faucets and adding new turn-off valves that should have been in place during the original construction. He made good on everything and receipts for all materials used were provided so we could see exactly what things had cost. The finish work in the skylight in our bathroom looks better than new. He was willing to install the chimney cap on the second story roof. He secured junction boxes, replaced missing plates and installed GFI where needed.
