 + 1 moreHe showed up every day he said he would, and when he was going to be later than expected ... texted or phoned to let us know. He got stumped on a plumbing hot/cold water switch and ended up replacing the faucets and adding new turn-off valves that should have been in place during the original construction. He made good on everything and receipts for all materials used were provided so we could see exactly what things had cost. The finish work in the skylight in our bathroom looks better than new. He was willing to install the chimney cap on the second story roof. He secured junction boxes, replaced missing plates and installed GFI where needed.
Description of Work: A new job offer in a different state caused all of our home improvement projects to suddenly need to be finished. Mark helped us develop a list of things that needed to be done to pass code inspections, fire inspections and help the house show well. He had no problem with us picking the things that we thought we could get done and he took the rest. The original list included $8000 worth of work with an additional option of a retaining wall replacement for $8k ... we didn't end up doing the retaining wall, but never felt pressured to do more work than we could afford.
