MIDAS AUTO SVC EXPERTS

After the first two attempts, I was only slightly frustrated that the $300 (total) spent did not fix the two problems (coolant smell and the bubbling sound) at all. I would've thought that Midas would actually road test the car or verify a repair by other means to ensure the car was indeed fixed. I called about the car this past Saturday morning after Midas had had it the third time. The shop manager, Dean Parker, became irate and unprofessional when I asked him why it took three visits to get to a $1000 repair. When I went to pick up the car, Mr. Parker saw me through the office window and did not come out to talk to me. He deferred to someone else - I believe it was Brian Keturakis the owner - to deal with me. And all he said was : "the keys were in the car". Unbelievable! Please stay away from here. PS: they also left the interior of my car dirty, with grease marks on the center console door.
