The people were nice but the quality of cleaning was very poor. They overcharged me because they were here 1 hour and they charged for 2. They did not clean the bathroom floors; did not complete dusting of furniture and blinds and window sills were not touched. The kitchen floor had areas that weren't cleaned. They did a very BASIC job and certainly NOT THOROUGH. It was unfortunate for me because I was recovering from surgery, it was Christmas time and expecting family to come stay and we just had a death in the family and I called MaidPro because I needed help. When I shared my discontentment with Management I was met with argument and they said they would come out and clean again but not refund any of the money they overcharged. So poor cleaning service and poor customer service. I recommend NEVER to use this cleaning service.

The first time the cleaners came to the house we asked for a deep clean but left notes outlining areas that needed extra attention and areas that they did not need to deep clean. The one bathroom we requested they really clean was barely touched. The shower doors were not even cleaned, the floor was not cleaned behind the door. Stairs to the second floor were not vacuumed. They did not move easily movable items like our pack and play to dust underneath. The rug that had small bits of drywall on it looked like it may have received a light vacuum but still had a significant amount of dust and debris on it. Shelves up high were left untouched. Door frames were not dusted, panel doors were not dusted. The baseboards were not dusted. The legs of our table were never dusted and neither were light fixtures. We did report we were unhappy and they came out for a second cleaning and asked that we leave a list of what we wanted done to meet our satisfaction, but a lot was missed. We left a list but there was still a lot that was missed, such as dusting doors and tops of door frames and appliances and high shelves. The rug was still not cleaned up and had small amounts of drywall. No one called us to follow up to see if we were satisfied. They did clean the bathroom and stairs and under the pack and play, but seemingly disregarded the remainder of the list. When we called after being charged to let them know the job still was not complete they would not take our word for it and wanted to arrange a time to come out to the house. We both work and do not have time for this.

Spoke with Kim when I called to get an estimate; she was very friendly, professional and gave me a fair estimate for the job I was requesting.
Two ladies came on the the day I requested and within the half hour time frame that I was given. They got right to work cleaning an empty two bedroom/two bath apartment that I wanted cleaned before turning the keys over to the landlord.

The ladies did a good job. I'm pretty sure the apartment was cleaner than when i moved in!

I enjoyed the cleaning service performed, but due to budget changes couldn't continue their services.

They did a good job and it was very convienent coming home from work to a clean house.

On the day of my cleaning, a three-member team was punctual in getting to my house. Connie, the head team member, walked with me through my house and we went over what needed to be done. The team jumped right in and did a very thorough job of getting the bathrooms and kitchen clean. I was pleased with their work. The only complaint that I have is that I needed to sweep the kitchen of some grass and other debris that was left on the floor after it had been washed. I don't know if the floor wasn't swept first and that's where the dirt came from, but that's what it seemed like to me. Having said that, I was pleased with the overall cleaning job and in fact, asked them to return to clean my house in preparation for Easter. I did mention this to the intake person when I called to schedule this cleaning, and she apologized and assured me that this would not happen again so I feel like I was heard and that MaidPro does care about the quality of the work being performed.

We have been using MaidPro West County since this past fall and we've been very pleased. The owners and employees are very attentive. We have an older home in Kirkwood--though smaller--and appreciate the level of detail that MaidPro provides. For our general housecleaning needs MaidPro has been a blessing. They do the dusting--bathroom cleaning--kitchen cleaning and such that we just do not have the time or energy to do ourselves with our busy schedules. They are easy to coordinate with as far as scheduling. We generally plan on a certain time of the month and they call us just prior to coming over. We have not had a complaint at all and welcome seeing them arrive when it's time for housecleaning. If you are busy between work and family then I'd recommend MaidPro.
