He took shortcuts and never completed the job. I hired tanner with lifestyle lawn &a landscaping to install a wall in the front yard and edgers in the back. 2 weeks after promised start date, work began. When he was finished, I paid him and while looking over project, I noticed some cap blocks were cut wrong. He said he would get new and fix. The next day I found that he had cut corners and didn't bury blocks under all of the wall and that half the caps were not glued and a fourth of the edgers were already loose. He told me he would fix all of this. I contacted him about 20 times over a 3 month period and he kept giving excuses and that he would be out. But after he finished another job that I had referred him for and got paid by that guy, he quit responding.
