 + -1 moreTony was great and very personable with my client and Kirkwood's Architectural Review Board. Tony seems to have a good handle on how municipalities work and what is required to jump through the hoops and meet their particular demands. Tony is also very good with people and has the heart and experience to do what he can to help his clients figure out what they can and can not do to meet their needs. I have known Tony for over twenty years and he actually worked for me back then. We actually together designed and built a custom home for a client in Clayton Missouri over twenty years ago. This custom home actually won the Most Outstanding Custom Home Award in 1993 with St. Louis' HBA Homer Awards. Another neat thing about it was it started with this client in a meeting with his drawing on a napkin. Since then Tony has worked with me and other Architects in the Saint Louis Area as well as some others in the USA. I feel that Tony is very qualified to help any client with a custom home and/or renovation project. He is definitely worth a call and easy to talk to....
Description of Work: Tony with Legacy Design Group put together colored sketches and plans for a recent project I had in Kirkwood Missouri. He met with my client and then Kirkwood's Architectural Review Board and supplied all of their request, colored renderings and such, and got our approval there. Then Tony completed the Architectural Plans for our building permit.
