Exterior Painting
workmanship good. installed pilasters that my wife specified without flashing. worked on dormer and did not install flashing. leaked into my bedroom and I had to get my roofer to prove him wrong. lit my house on fire (but repaired it). the big negative was he demanded the last 1/3 payment before job was done. I had to call '911' on him to get him to leave. Later we reconciled. He also did not finish my neighbor's bathroom. He told us he is retired.

Work went very well in all aspects. A very efficient, competent, and professional group. Finished work looks great. All equipment promptly cleaned up on finish of work.
