Kitchens & Baths Plus were slow to come out. I had to call a couple of times to jog them. They did cause a leak that stained my downstairs kitchen ceiling, but they replaced that part of the ceiling and repainted the whole thing for free. They were very prompt and hardworking after they got started. We're happy with the results.

THEY DEVELOPED A WELL THOUGHT OUT DESIGN AND THE INSTALLER WAS VERY GOOD, PLEASANT, COURTEOUS & FLEXIBLE. THE JOB WAS COMPLETE ON TIME. THE MATERIALS WERE A QUALITY AND GOOD VALUE.

EVERYTHING SEEMED TO GO SMOOTHLY UNTIL WE GAVE THEM OUR MONEY. JOB WASN'T STARTED WHEN PROMISED. THEN WHEN WE MADE OUR SECOND PAYMENT THEY PULLED THEIR MAN OFF OF OUR JOB. THEY HAD SERIOUS CASH FLOW PROBLEMS DESPITE THE FACT THAT OUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE WAS AHEAD OF THEIR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. WE WERE CONSTANTLY WAITING FOR MATERIAL THAT WAS PROMISED, BUT NEVER ORDERED. IN ADDITION TO THE CASH FLOW PROBLEMS THEY WERE THE WORST AT PAPERWORK AND COMMUNICATING. THIS JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 4 MONTHS AND IT TOOK 8 MONTHS. THEY DID HAVE SOME GOOD GUYS WORKING FOR THEM, BUT OVERALL THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.
