We have in the past used Holiday. The price was not objectionable. They are competitive, professional, and responsible. The check was done within an hour. The worker was fine and cleaned up after himself very good. It was a very pleasant experience.

They service the air conditioner, furnace and humidifier. They check to make sure everything is okay and they change the filters. Their service is excellent. They are very punctual, efficient and professional.

|Did a fine job.

I was so impressed that I agreed to an annual service agreement without pressure from their service guy.

My first contact with Holiday was when I called to ask if they could perform this type of inspection since not every home buyer wants a specific HVAC inspection. Danielle who answered the phone put me on the line with Tom, who took the time to listen to and understand what I was asking for. He explained the cost of the service and also said that he would talk to the technician prior to the inspection to make sure the technician understood my concerns.
Chris, the technician, not only gave a good written report of his inspection findings, but also immediately called me at the end of the inspection to talk me through everything and answer all of my questions.
Overall I am very impressed by the customer service level at this company. They also seem to be very knowledgeable. I will gladly use them again in the future.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful - the install team worked from early to late that day to get the job done (i needed the AC immediately). Very helpful filing the rebates. I like that its family owned and has been in business a long time.

Not much of story.  Came and quickly completed the work.  Paid for the work over the phone when I scheduled the work.

I was very happy with all the work they did.  He was very professional when he came to give me an estimate.  He asked me a lot of questions to better understand exactly what I was looking for, and he did a great job in explaining the differences between the various options for the furnace and A/C.  I was looking for a very efficient system, which is exactly what I received.  They also sent in the rebate forms to Lennox for me and filled out applicable areas in the Laclede Gas rebate forms (for which I needed to complete and send in).  That helped me a lot!
He also did a good job in explaining my options for better cooling our 2nd floor bedrooms.  He pointed out that there were not enough return air vents for the square footage and that installing more would help.  He did not want to guarantee it would completely fix the problem, but explained that it would be a pretty cheap thing to first try (instead of installing a couple ductless systems I was asking about).  It actually helped tremendously and allowed us to sleep very well during this extremely hot summer.  There was a slight mistake made in installing the vents (a hole in the downstairs ceiling), but they came back immediately to fix the situation and worked around our schedule to do that.  I was very appreciative of that!

From the initial estimate visit through getting the prepared estimate to the install, everything was great.

They listened to what we wanted. Thought things through. PResented great options, and had the best price of any place we had spoken to.

I've bought 2 different air conditioners for 2 different homes from them.  They will come out on the same day you call if you're having a problem.  They have wonderful customer service.  I've been using them since the mid-90s.

Started on time, completed on time.  System performs as planned.  Project delivered as expected.

They used to have an office in the city. They moved out of the city. One of the first times after that we had a high rate because they charged me for the gasoline to drive out this way. That put me over the edge. The installation was quite good. I always compare prices. It was a Lennox air conditioner and they sold units with parts that they knew would break. Mine hasn’t yet but I found that out from one of their service people.

It has been just fine. They showed up when they said they were going to. They were very nice. They showed up on time. They do it quickly. The one time there was a problem they showed me what the problem was, gave me suggestions and let me make the decision on it. The last time they came, they brought in a trainee, which I liked to see. They were doing on the job, hands on training. I also like that they wear a uniform with a badge and they have a truck that has their brand name so when they show up it is reassuring.
