 + 0 moreI contacted Zack to do an estimate for work to be done in my house. We had an appointment scheduled and he did not show up. When I brought that to his attention, he offered me a discount and we rescheduled for another date. About an hour before our next appointment, he emailed me to tell me that I was outside of his service area. I am extremely disappointed with his level of professionalism.
