Landscaping
. I asked him if he would plant grass and cover with straw where he had been working. He told me I didn?t need the straw. This job was $5,000. The next day we had a tremendous rainstorm. I looked out the bedroom window, and the seed, mulch, and everything went down the hill. He did not install the edging. I called him; he asked what I wanted him to do. He asked if I would like him to come hold an umbrella over it. He came back over, re-seeded and installed the edging. There was another area he had not completed, he charged me $2,500 to finish.
