Excellent. Kevin Doyle came ASAP when we had a leak for temporary fix then returned to fix it properly after the emergency. This was during the massive freeze/snow we had in February. Saved us!

We called our homeowner's warranty company, Buyer's Protection Group when our refrigerator stopped cooling on a Wednesday. BPG contacted Doyle Patton.
Doyle Patton contacted me within an hour and asked what the problem was. It was the first day the temperature broke 90 degrees, so I was certain they wouldn't be able to get me in on the same day since air conditioner calls would likely be pouring in to their business.
I did explain that my spouse had refrigerated injections that were very expensive and difficult to replace. We had them on ice packs at that time.
The owner advised it was unlikely to get to my home the same day, but could guarantee an appointment the next day.
Someone called back, but I wasn't able to get to the phone, and it was the next day before they made it out.
I received a call at about 9am to let me know that they'd be out between 11am and 1pm. Bruce showed up at around 11:15, and began diagnosing the problem. It was a bad element and also a bad fan motor.
We paid the Buyer's Protection Group's service call fee of $75, and Bruce defrosted the freezer so it would work until he came back with the parts.
Bruce returned on Tuesday with the parts and got everything back up and running.
All in all, it was a very pleasant, professional experience.

Returned my call the next morning (Friday). Said that they could come out Monday - would call with timeframe. Called Monday by 8:30am. Arrived within 2 hour window they had given. The serviceman was very polite & professional. He seemed very knowledgable about my freezer. My problem was diagnosed & fixed within an hour. He was very neat & left everything just as it was, but better.
The reason that I marked B on cost is because I think all repairs like this are expensive. I don't think that Doyle Patton would be any pricier than anyone else. However, I didn't shop around to check.
I would definitely use them again.

The new high SEER air conditioners were installed to lower my utility bills. These airconditioners lowered my electricity bills 30% according to the electric company. Doyle Patton Service company did a very professional job and left with no trash anywhere. The workers were very polite and well groomed. I would use Doyle Patton Service company for any job that they could do. Their prices were not low but were fair.
