Bad... Now follow up and total scam.

SUPER!!! Joe really cares about his business and will bend over backward to accommodate his customers. He is very easy to work with. The installer, Keith, was a friendly, outgoing, polite and knew what he was doing. They said they'd arrive at 9:00 am and did at exactly that time. Keith worked continuously and I never saw him take a break. I don't think he even stopped to eat lunch. They are a great company and Angie's List can be proud that they support DSI.

Things went very well. They were very prompt. The service was very good. The workers were very professional and courteous. They left the area very clean and neat.

One spring was broken. They were conscientious. They measured it and temporarily fixed it then they came back with proper size springs about a week later. They were right on time.

They came right out and said they could fix it but it will only get worse. They recommended we get a new garage door so we will not have to make repairs for a long time. We had a fast motor which was damaging the door, they instructed us how to cut the wire to slow the motor. They were very nice and fun to work with. They were punctual in their arrival and followed up well. We have no problems with their service and would call them again.

I had used DSI thru my warranty company and requested them again for service. My mistake! My appointment was scheduled for 8am which made me the first appointment of the day. At 8:30am, I called the office to find out why the technician hadn't arrived and was told I would be called back in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, the owner, Joe, called me back and said the technician would be at my residence in 5-10 minutes and that he had went to the wrong appointment.30 minutes later, the technician arrived - 1 hour 15 minutes after my scheduled appoint.The repairs took a total of 15 minutes and the tech was on his way! $50.00 price is the deductible I have to pay with my warranty company. Everything is working fine but I won't use DSI again. Their total disregard for my time is inexcusable!

I'm am thrilled with Door Solution Inc. Joe Krassinger came by on time to discuss my options and provide a quote. The installer was scheduled for my convenience. The installer was on time, installed both the opener and door in a timely manner, and left the job site pristine. I paid exactly what I was quoted and now have a gorgeous door. This experience could not have been better.

Door Solutions Inc was the company recommended from our home warranty program. We had issues with our door opener for quite a while. It would jerk up and down and occasionally get stuck halfway open. Door Solutions was prompt in responding to our home warranty claim and we had a new garage door opener in a few days. It's been 6 months and the opener is still working great. We will soon be contacting Door Solutions for new tracks and garage door, as they are original to our 70's home. I would definitely recommend them for any garage door service/repairs.

Woke up to broken garage door springs. We were able to manually open garage door to get out to work. Called DSI and they were able to fit us in their schedule within a few hours.
