Mr. Derbin was very polite on the phone and came across as knowledgable. He was promptly on time for the appointment. He was thorough and efficient. He asked a lot of questions. I paid him at the time of the inspection and received the completed report 5 business days later as promised. I was pleased with the appraisal I received. It was easy to read, the comparables appeared to be very similar to my home, and Mr. Derbin thoroughly explained how he arrived at the value for my home in his report. I will use Mr. Derbin in the future.

Mike came to the house that I was putting on the market. He walked through the house, compared the house to others in the area that had sold recently. I contracted with him to put the house on the market. He worked with me throughout the process of pricing the house and negotiating with prospective buyers. He was the go-between with the buyers' realtor and advised me throughout the process, keeping in touch on a daily basis as we negotiated the contract. He was readily accessible to my calls and emails throughout the process. And he accompanied me to the closing.
I had never sold a house before. Mike made the whole process much easier. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the services of a realtor.
