Excellent. Same day service and the work was amazing. You could not tell where the scratch/dent had been before. I was called immediately when the work was done and they were very good about knowing how long it would take to complete the job.

The process was easy. Just leave your car for a few days with them. I scraped my new car on a brick mailbox when the street was being torn apart in my daughter's neighborhood. After it was fixed, you would have never known anything happened to it. The only negative thing was, whomever drove my car to the Chesterfield location for the painting process, dirtied the inside of my car. But that was an easy fix, I just went to Waterway and got the inside cleaned.

They always do a fantastic job. My wife's car is black and has had dings in hard to get to places. Everytime the car looks good as new. They also do a great job of fitting me in on a Saturday, as we live in the City and I can only get there on a Saturday.

They pulled out the ding and painted it. After a year, the paint wore off and you could see the scratch where the ding was. I would never use them again.

I am not sure of the cost at this moment. They are working closely with my insurance company. I have not used Dent Devil before, but they have come highly recommended. At this point, I would use them again.

The car had to be estimated by a different company. When it was brought to Dent Devil, they put it under special lighting. They found more damage than the other company did. They got the insurance company to pay for it. I only paid the deductible. It was a win-win situation. They're really terrific. They're just really responsive. I never had a claim like that before. Not only did they work the insurance side very well, but the work they did was perfect.
