They were very nice and great to work with. I like that they were honest. I looked at what they were offering me for some of my used equipment and it was what I would get if I sold it myself. I thought they were giving me a fair price. The guy found out my needs for my camera. They really helped me get what would work best for me.

Took in two rolls of film to develop. One roll had broken in the camera and I had to explain this 3 times to the guy before he understood why I had sealed the film canister with tape (glad I did or he would've opened it and completely ruined the film). He kept changing what day I could pick them up and kept trying to tell me that the color film was black and white. When I picked them up they charged me 3 developing fees as the girl said the broken stub left in the roll (about 3 inches of film with nothing on it) had to be developed separately. I don't know why they would try as, at best, only one print would ever have come off this little film at the end of the roll. I asked had I brought in the camera with the broken film still in it, i.e. 1 item, if I would've only been charged a single fee and she said yes?!? $5 more for saving them work. Unbelievable! Wouldn't trust them with film let alone my camera.
