I looked at what they were offering me for some of my used equipment and it was what I would get if I sold it myself. I thought they were giving me a fair price. The guy found out my needs for my camera. They really helped me get what would work best for me.

 + -1 moreTook in two rolls of film to develop. One roll had broken in the camera and I had to explain this 3 times to the guy before he understood why I had sealed the film canister with tape (glad I did or he would've opened it and completely ruined the film). He kept changing what day I could pick them up and kept trying to tell me that the color film was black and white. When I picked them up they charged me 3 developing fees as the girl said the broken stub left in the roll (about 3 inches of film with nothing on it) had to be developed separately. I don't know why they would try as, at best, only one print would ever have come off this little film at the end of the roll. I asked had I brought in the camera with the broken film still in it, i.e. 1 item, if I would've only been charged a single fee and she said yes?!? $5 more for saving them work. Unbelievable! Wouldn't trust them with film let alone my camera.
Description of Work: Developed two rolls of film (one was broken so only 39 prints)
