Clean LLC

The house is vacant but covered with dust and dirt due to the recent remolding. Robbin is very responsive and able to accommodate our situation to have it done in one day. Great job is professionally done not mentioning the unbeatable price! Thanks a lot!

AWFUL SERV ICE...AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THE SAME CLEANING PERSON WOULD BE CLEANING MY HOUSE, WE HAD A DIFFERENT LADY SHOW UP EVERY 2 WEEKS.

I also used her in my previous house and the person I sold my house to has continued to use her services. She is very, very thorough and cares so much. She used natural products and is very conscientious about pets. She is all around excellent.

C.L.E.A.N.'s owner Robin Whittenborn and her crew do a meticulous job of cleaning. I have had other services and she by far above the crowd in quality, flexibility, detail and reasonable pricing. Her attention to detail includes but is not limited to: washing blinds, wiping down baseboards and doors. The kitchen cabinets wiped down including the top. The refrigerator cleaned and organized. Sheets changed and started in the wash if requested. Dusting is done by hand not by a feather duster. Hardwood floors so clean you won't see a speck of dust! C.L.E.A.N. truly puts the customer first. If you need to change a day or time they will accommodate you. If you have a special occasion and need them to come the day before they will make themselves available. My husband, equally impressed with, C.LE.A.N. and summed summed it up when he said, "Why would anyone use anybody else?"

Clean LLC turned out to be a bit of a bait and switch. They started out providing good service, with the owner performing services herself. She did a good job. Shortly after we became a regular client, she started to contract or assign the work out to others. The quality of services declined steadily. It became a regular occurrence that the cleaners simply missed part of their job or performed substandard quality. After several instances of this, we just discontinued service. The last time was when we scheduled CLEAN LLC the day before a large party and they did such a poor job we had to re-clean parts of the house. When we called to let them know that they forgot to clean the wood floors - that were clearly still dirty - CLEAN LLC responded by insisting they had cleaned the floors. Either way, they were either forgetting to do work or doing such a poor job we couldn't tell they'd done it! Clean LLC also lacked professionalism. While the owner usually made a prompt effort to respond to communications, her communications were often unresponsive, sometimes mostly just rambling platitudes. Worse, several months after we fired this service, we began receiving emails seeking payment for alleged past due payments. Ironically, the emails did not specify what payments we allegedly owed, or even how much was allegedly past due. CLEAN LLC was actually asking me to look back at my payment history to figure out if I actually owed them! After several emails that began to border on harassment -including CLEAN LLC suggesting they would damage my credit rating or take legal action - I actually took the time to document each of my payments and provided them with proof of payments. Finally they indicated they were satisfied that all payments had been made. Incredibly, seven months later, they have started sending these form-letter type collection emails again! We will never do business with this company again.

Robin is the best and I trust her completely. Very fair and full of helpful hints to help with day to day life, clutter, cleaning, stains, etc. The price depends on how much and how often what gets cleaned. Always keeps to her quote. For quality, if or when not right, Robin will MAKE it right. Robin is amazing at being responsive. I'm not here when they come but always come on date promised. Sometimes stuff isn't always put back in the exact place it belongs but everything is cared for and treated with respect.

They do a good job and we've used them for quite a while. They are very reliable, and they show up exactly when they say the will be coming.
