On both counts, things Seemed to go well initially.  However, car was acting up and getting very bad mileage which was very unusual.  Ended up checking spark plugs; at least one was burned.  Was out of town so when to supply house for new ones.  Turned out that the wrong spark plugs had been installed by Claymont.  When contacted, they apologized and explained that those plugs are what their supply house supplied when given our car's specs.  Being out of town, I had to buy a tool to pull the spark plugs (which I already had at home and shouldn't have needed anyway) and then buy and replace the plugs myself.  The car quickly returned back to normal.

To make up for the error, Claymont Auto Repair gave us a "free" oil and filter change the next time we needed one.  (Personally don't feel an oil change makes up for this particular error and my expenses and time.)  After a short time, the car began acting up and knocking.  When checking the oil, I found it was a full quart low. Kept watch for leak marks under the car and have been watching the car's oil level for quite a while now, thinking I must have a leak or car was beginning to burn oil.  However, the oil levels have been holding steady.  At this point most likely scenario is that it was not properly filled during the oil change and it was left a quart low.

No longer relying on recommendations unless verified by Angie's List and will not return to Claymont.
