 + -1 moreI called Chuck because I wanted to look at a house that was listed by a "seller's agent" who was not a "dual agent." I was told, "you need a buyer's agent." I had seen Chuck's web advertisement "we show any house in 30 minutes." This was a bit of a stretch because the house I wanted to look at was in the City and Chuck's office is in the county. He told me the fine print referred to the county only, but he showed me the house the next day which was fine. He then put me into a data base that showed all the listings for properties I could afford in neighborhoods I was interested in and then sent me an email every time a new listing came up or a price reduction occurred. His commitment and dedication to the process were beyond anything I have ever experienced before.
Description of Work: Chuck is a "buyer's agent" although he lists property, too. His tag line is "your real estate consultant for life" and he lives up to it. He showed us an embarrassing number of houses and was patient and helpful throughout a three month ordeal looking for "just the right house" (meaning what we could afford, in a neighborhood we liked, and that wasn't a "dog" - as we couldn't afford a lot).
