Greg was a total lifesaver the other day. I was returning home in hot weather with a rescue dog from a veterinarian appointment, and I realized when I got to the door that I had locked myself out. Greg was incredibly responsive, not at all far away, and completely reasonable for what he charged. I don’t think he realized it, but he really did save the day. 5/5 would call him again! Thank you so much!

Excellent.  Good price on new sets matching our others and order arrived the very next day.  By the end of the day, all were rekeyed as desired and we had installed ourselves.  Good price, excellent service and responsiveness.  Will use again.

I locked my keys in my car while it was running inside my garage. The technician called back within 5 minutes of contacting the company. He told me it would be 40 minutes before he could get there. It was closer to an hour. Once he arrived, the job was completed in less than 5 minutes. He was pleasant and offered me some advice for future reference. I gave him a lower rating because of the amount of time that I had to wait with my car running. I also thought the price was a little high considering the amount of work that had to be done and that he didn't arrive until after 9:00 a.m. which was within normal business hours.

Very helpful.  They encouraged me to come to the shop to fix a lock on my front door.  They diagnosed the problem and sold me the part.  There were some other issues that required a service call - timely and fair price.  Would call in the future.

I am very satisfied with the results.  Ron, the owner, scheduled the serviceman for when I would be home and available. The serviceman was very professional and knowledgable (Greg, I think), and very helpful.  I did call the morning of the appointment to confirm the approximate arrival time of the serviceman.  The whole process went quickly and smoothly.

My 17-yr-old son locked the car key and remote in our 626, which we had bought used with only one key (and lacking the key code, hadn't tried to make a spare key, yet). My State Farm agent does business with this company and referred me to them. I called about 1:30 pm from work. They had just accepted another car job, called back when they finished it, and met my son at our car at 3 pm. It took about a minute to open the door and he let my son pay with a charge card. It was quick and efficient; I'd use them again.
