AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE

For many years and for all our insurance needs, I have been with Dan Shade's American Family Insurance (Manchester MO).  This is definitely the most supportive, caring and helpful insurance agency our family has ever used.  We all pay for insurances  we are required to have, but it's the service that truly makes the difference and I appreciate having the opportunity to let others know how great this agent's office is.  The staff member I have the most contact with is Tammy.  No matter what the need has been, car, home, etc., Tammy has helped make the process as painless as possible and her cheery disposition comes through loud and clear.  

My home's roof was heavily damaged with a recent hail storm. I, as many others, had people come by, email, call, etc., to offer assistance.  One person even told me not to call my Insurance Agent, but to call the claims department directly because the agent would tell me what company I had to use.  I contacted the office and Tammy was able to provide me with the guidance I needed to ensure things were done properly.  She never said that I needed or should use a company on their list. 

Most people may think/feel that pricing is the decision maker when purchasing insurance, as it is with almost everything else, however, for me service after the sales can trump costs. 

My insurance adjuster made his time available on the weekend to do the inspection, to accommodate my work schedule. He came prepared with his own equipment and tools to do the inspection. I had an estimate and report by the end of that day.
