I used this company because they sold Anderson windows.  The man came, showed us a sample, and gave us a price.  We signed the contract.  I later realized Anderson didn't sell plastic windows and called him, he confirmed the windows we bought were not Anderson, and told me Anderson windows would be a lot more expensive.  So I went ahead with the deal.  His father came and measured for the windows.  A couple of weeks later the installation guys came, a man and his son.  They put the windows in and did some damage to my house (chipped a door carrying one window through, and chipped the kitchen floor dropping another window.  When they got the windows in, we found the latches wouldn't engage on both sides, the center sliding window was too wide on all four windows, so we can only latch the windows on one side.  This problem also keeps the insulation strip from lining up on the windows and allows wind to come through the windows.  I spent 4 grand on windows and have to stuff weather stripping between them!  When they show you a demo window they show you one pane, how it is constructed with double glass, and the frame is welded plastic so it can't leak.  The problem is the separate panes of glass don't match up so you have leakage between the windows.  I later used Wilke Window and Door to put in Anderson windows on the front of the house and they were actually less per window.

I can't recall the date I bought these, but since I signed up for Angies list I wanted to share my experience and hopefully keep others from making the same mistake.  I really feel like I was taken by this guy.  Bait and switch, he didn't tell me the windows I was getting were Anderson, but he let me think that until I directly called and asked him.  Poor installation.  Poor measurement or manufacturing, not sure why the windows sliding window doesn't line up with the frame.  This will go down as my worst purchase ever.

Steve McHugh represented the company. After getting estimates from three companies, I chose Air Shield. Steve was thorough in measuring the windows and explaining the process. The installers are employees and were very competent. They cleaned up well after the installation. The only problem noticed was one window defect that Steve inspected and promised to replace. I am very satisfied and would recommend the company.
