The thing we really liked about them is that the owner really helped with the insurance claim, stepping us through the process. They went above and beyond what we expected.

They were really terrific to work with! The crew was great and they were clean. Tony, the sales guy, was so helpful in picking out colors and what to choose. I am very pleased with the overall look of my exterior.

I was in the process of selling my house when the buyers inspection revealed hail damage on the roof. I called Absolute Exteriors and spoke with John, I made an appointment for the next day, he showed up on time and was very professional and understanding when I told him I had to be moved out of the house in 3 weeks. John was AWESOME from the initial phone call to paying the final bill, he helped me get through the claims process with my insurance company, he met with the insurance adjuster at my house so they could go over the damage together, since my house was under contract John did everything he could to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. The work that was performed on the house was fantastic, I almost didn't want to move after I saw the new roof! it looked awesome. The workers did a great job cleaning everything up and making sure there were no nails or any debris left in the yard for my dog to get into. This is by far the BEST contractor I have ever worked with, John went so far above and beyond what other contractors would have done, this is definitely one of those and quot;contractor for lifeand quot; kinda companies, I will not hesitate calling Absolute for any future exterior work on my next house.

Roofing team arrived when they said they would and performed the work very professionally. I was amazed at the commitment to the work that they had and how quickly things got done. They made sure that the area was cleaned up and all old shingles, tar paper and nails were picked up and disposed of properly. This is a very professional team.

Ok. I was told the work would start in two weeks and it took six. I called and left messages and never received a call back. My husband called and then the work finally began. After the work began, Bob called me and informed me the windows would cost more money. After a short conversation we decided to share the cost. We had to call them to have the debris removed. We had a piece that they did not work on fall off the house and Bob said they would fix it when in the area. We called again, because another piece fell off. We are STILL waiting for them to fix the two pieces. I realize they did not work on the pieces that fell, but if you say you will come out, then come out, or pick up the phone.

Despite three rain delays throughout the day, the crew completed the whole task by 5:00 PM. Everything was perfectly done, even inspected by the company president by an on-roof check of flashing, ridge shingles and clean-up. They were the only company of four who listened and brought samples that were usable. This is a first class company. Men were polite, quick and solid professionals.
