DEB'S HOUSEKEEPING CREWS

Started well, overall satisfied for the first few months; reliable, quality work. Mostly due to their motivated and conscientious crew leader. A few months ago I was told that crew leader had left the company. Then the problems began with them not arriving as scheduled, communication, and the general quality of work dropped off noticeably. Finally, DEBS became unresponsive to my attempts to schedule the next months cleaning date; three text/voicemail over a two week period. When they finally did respond with a text, I was essentially told they were too busy to put me on the schedule, and could no longer clean for me. I can only guess that I was too small a customer to bother with. I found another company to provide this service for me.
