Home Inspection
He came to inspect the propane. He told me that the tank was owned by the homeowner and then he told me that it was owned by them. When he came in he took the panel off and couldn't find the control right away for the fireplace. I wanted to write down everything he did step by step to get the fireplace working. I had a heck of a time following him. Even with me taking notes, we had a hard time getting it started after he left, we did eventually get it started. They wanted me to fill out a credit card application to get their gas. I couldn't understand why I needed to fill out the application. When they do come, it is kind of pricey because its a small tank. They contacted me for the inspection, said it was a state regulation. I did not contact them.
