We sourced the fixtures by picking out everything (except the cultured marble) at Lowe's and paid for it and had it held in shipping and Larry went and picked it up for us. Larry provided all construction material in the quote. Nathan did most of the work and we were very happy with the quality of the work performed. It could have happened faster for us, but after it was all said and done, they did a superior job for a lower price than others quoted us and they gutted the bathroom, installing everything from the studs on. The quote stood and we did not have to shell out any extra for surprise expenses. Labor quote was $3950 and the rest of the $7000 was materials. Larry and Nathan were very good at providing advice on materials and letting us know the pros and cons of one option over another. We will definitely use them again when we update our hall bath.
Description of Work: Ripped out a small master bath in a 40-year old home and completely remodeled it. Ripped out the shower, tile on all walls and ceiling of the shower, the toilet, the sink, the tile floor, medicine cabinet, mirror covering one full wall, most of the drywall and the old floor. Replaced with new drywall, new floor and sub-floor, green-board behind the shower, and patched the drywall that was left. Put in a natural stone tile floor, pedestal sink, recessed medicine cabinet, new toilet, cultured marble shower, lighted bathroom fan, shower doors, and accessory fixtures such as towel racks and paper holder.
