TeamPro installed our sprinkler system in 2013.  Their price was very competitive and the system has stood up well in the first year (well, Charter cut a line and they promptly repaired it).  I highly recommend them to anyone considering a sprinkler system.

Everything went very well. The crew that came out were on time and very professional and very friendly. We let them know that we were also putting in a fence and they made allowances for that. After everything was complete (and everything was cleaned up) we were given instructions on how to operate the system. It couldn't have gone smoother. After the fence was installed we called and asked to have someone come out and make changes to a couple of the sprinkler heads and that was completed within a couple of days. Team Pro Inc is a very good company to work with. We are completely happy and we know we can call them next year to make changes when the patio installed and new shrubbery is added to the yard.

They arrived on-time and completed the work quickly. They installed our system several years ago, and since then have done the winterizing and start up in the spring, to include testing the back-flow preventer. They take care of the paperwork with the county as well. Good company, good technicians.

It went really well. Did a professional job. They were really nice to work with.

They gave quote and doubled the holiday lights we had. They even came back and made a change we requested promptly.

Our neighbors recommended them to us and they did have one of the lowest and most professional bids. Joe was very responsive and easy to work with - even when I changed my mind on some things at the last minute. They came and did a great job - as far as I can tell. Haven't been able to test it too much since it was so late in the season.

They were especially kind when they installed the sprinkler system because I asked them to reschedule at the last minute after our beloved eleven year old Corgi had died, and we were very upset. They were most understanding. The installation was carried out by a crew of experienced workmen who did an amazing job. We have a lot of landscaping, mature trees, plus a pool. I was worried about damage to tree roots and pool lines, but that was about five years ago, and the pool is fine and the trees are all still standing! They are more lush than ever because now they get enough water. This is a company I would recommend highly, and I am sure to use them again in the future. The owner is exceptionally knowledgeable and polite to his customers. Our most recent call was for repairs to our soaker hoses since the squirrels had chewed holes in them, no doubt because they needed a drink. H2PRO repaired the leaks, and we have put out watering stations for the squirrels. Hopefully, that will keep the little critters from chewing up our hoses.

H-2 Pro did a wonderful job of working us in. The 5 ft lighted wreath is beautiful! The lights are on a timer and we can have it adjusted anywhere from 4 - 6 - 8 hours. Plus the price will be the same next year, but we will probably add some additional lighting displays around our planting areas next year. Looking forward to more Happy Holidays! Jan 4 2011 H-2 Pro took down our lights until next year. This has been perfect.

I'm amazed at how well they stood behind their work and came out and did everything in their power to solve the problem. They explained everything along the way and when it came time for them to do the work they were the utmost professionals. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

The installation wasn't great. They cut the phone cord to our home even though all of the utilities were marked and the material that they used to bond the pipes to our sump pump together got all over our siding and are still there today. Also, they did not level the ground that they dug up, so you can clearly tell where our drains run due to the "hump" in the ground. The drains worked quite well through last spring but now this spring they are not working and that has caused our sump pump to begin backflowing into our yard. This started last week and I've not been able to get the company to call me back at this point. I was able to get a live body at their office last week who directly contacted one of the owners who promised a call but has not called back. If they can come back and fix the pipe without it costing me a fortune, I will be happy however they aren't winning me over at this point.

They did a great job installing this. They had to coordinate with my landscapers and they didn't have any problem with scheduling around them. They were very knowledgeable and followed up beautifully. When one of the zones wasn't working properly they took care of it quickly at no charge.
