When they installed my heater and cooling it only had to be 80% efficient and the next year the law was 90% efficient so he told me it would be a $1000 more expensive. This was the furnace and a new outside air conditioner that was a half a ton more, an additional outlet in the house. I worked with him a long time and all his people have to go to ranking first so they are well trained. They cleaned up well after the job. I use them every time I need HVAC
