"In an effort to help offer an explanation. I do not do any work on roofing. You had originally called a roofer due to a leak. The roofer mentioned that you need Tyvek house-wrap, because that was the most obvious deficiency. The roofer referred you to my company to provide an estimate to install Tyvek house-wrap. I installed Tyvek house-wrap. You had a leak. I called the roofer that referred me. The roofer repaired some flashing detail problems at no charge. I will agree that this is a frustrating problem. If there is a leak in the future, it would justify replacing the roof and all flashing. The Tyvek has been installed, so the roofers can properly flash the area with the new roof."

I have been a customer with them for about 2 years now. The workers have been lovely and are always very polite, nice, and cleanup everything.

The owner came out the same day I called for an estimate. He measured the house and had a quote to us the next day. He was available by phone and email to answer any questions we had. The job started about 1 week after we signed the contract. It was estimated to take 5-7 days, but ended up taking closer to 14 days. This was not an issue for us because the crew came and worked every day. When they got rained out one day, they asked if they could come work on Saturday. We had a great crew! They were very courteous and answered all of my questions as the job progressed. It was a great experience from start to finish!
