Sago's E & M Automotive

I own a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with apprx. 140,000 miles. A few weeks ago, late in the afternoon, while driving down the highway, my steering wheel began to shake violently and I felt resistance wheels. Luckily this happened at the entrance to our subdivision, which also happens to be the entrance to Sago's E & M Automotive, an automotive repair shop that according to the owners have been in business for over 40 years. I pulled in the driveway and was warmly greeted by the owner, Lisa, who had a technician inspect my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the employees were courteous. My vehicle was diagnosed quickly. The technician showed me the problem and detailed the appropriate repair. An estimate was quickly written up, I authorized the work to be done and had my vehicle back the very next morning; even after the shop had to locate a special order part from the dealership. I consider myself an educated consumer when it comes to my Jeep. I've performed minor service procedures such as tune-ups and sensors, own a copy of my vehicle's factory service manual, and am very well aware of the OEM equivalent brand parts (NGK, Bosch, Standard, etc.) that go into my vehicle and the time it takes to perform service procedures. I was impressed with the workmanship, premium quality parts, and price I was quoted on my vehicle. The shop went above and beyond in suggesting replacing the brake hoses; one of the most overlooked items in vehicle maintenance. It is important to note that I live less than 30 seconds from this shop and could've had the vehicle towed to a mechanice whom I have done business with for a long time. I'm glad I gave this neighborhood business a chance. They have earned me as a loyal customer....
