NOLL HEATING & COOLING

Great, except they haven't removed the old furnace. I've left messages and texts, they promise they'll be out "next week", but no response.

Steve at Noll heating & cooling gives the best service possible, this is the second time I've called him in the last few years for different problems. This time my outdoor AC unit's fan was making all kinds of noise after it would run for a long time. I called Steve on 4/26 to let him know the problem I was having & we both agreed the fan motor was probably on it's way out & may completely fail soon. I took a picture of the sticker of my unit with the model & all the other info he needed and texted it to him. Steve came out the next day with the correct part & quickly had me going. I had also asked him to see if it needed a charge while he was here, he was honest & told me it did not need it after he checked. He also cleaned dirt & vegetation from the cooling fins and explained why I need to keep them clean. I think Steve told me he's been doing this for 34 years, he delivers the honest old school service that's getting harder to find anymore. I also thought the $205.00 he charged me was more than reasonable as I was expecting to pay more.

I called multiple businesses to have someone charge the new split air conditioner system I had installed in my office first thing in the morning, none of which even bothered to call me back by the end of the day. I saw that Noll was close to my house so I called & spoke to a very nice guy who was out within a few hours. He did a fantastic job installing a unit that I bought elsewhere. All at a reasonable price. I put his stickers over the Crystal heating & cooling stickers that were on my furnace (They had installed when the house was new, they were my first call & never called back). I had a problem with my AC last night, Noll is the one I'm calling.

We have dealt with Steve from Noll Heating and A/C many times at several different houses where we have lived over the years.  Steve is great to work with!  He is prompt, professional, honest and diligent.  We have Steve come twice a year now to inspect our furnace before winter and our air conditioner before summer.  We have always had a great experience with this company.  The cost is reasonable, and we feel llike Steve goes above and beyond in his servicce.  I would highly recommend this company for any and all heating and A/C issues!

I can't say enough positive things about the Noll company.  They have been our go-to for close to 20 years now.  We have also lived in three different homes over the last 20 years.  We have had a new air-condition installed, new furnace, vent and duct work, thermostat, air-conditioner and furnace repair.  They are very honest, consciencious, professional and resonable.  I do not trust anyone else for our heating and air-conditioning!

Air Conditioning Unit went out on a Friday afternoon during one of the last really bad hot periods of the summer.  I called Steve and he came out and looked at what had occurred and verified what I had been told by other HVAC companies.  I asked for a quote for replacement and timeline.  Steve was able to get me a quote that evening giving my wife and I time to review and make a decision against the other companies we contacted.  His price was good, he detailed what he would do and how much it would cost.  Noll came in on Tuesday and replaced my entire HVAC unit, inside and out, got us cold air going that day and followed up the next day to finish the details and cleanup.  We were very happy with his service, quality and professionalism.  The entire process, considering what we were dealing with, was fantastic.  Up front with cost and time lines made the entire process for my family flawless.
