Landscaping
Routinely scalped lawn and left lawn clippings all over. Called several times on this. Informed them their mower was set to low. Problem never resolved

I contacted rep at Natural One the next day, October 7, 2011 to inquire about the unfinished services and a possible credit. She informed me that she could not access the completed work order and would be unable to get back to me before Tuesday, October 11. I called and left a message for her the evening of the 11th to ask for a status update. That phone call went unreturned. I called twice the week of October 17 and asked to speak to a manager. Both times I was told she was unavailable, but on the second call I was told I could speak to some kind of assistant manager. I explained the situation to her and she said she would get back to me within one business day. I have had no response from anyone at Natural One, nor have they responded to my complaint through the Better Business Bureau.
